After his first week in kindergarten, Patrick's teacher pulled his mother aside to say, "I believe when Patrick grows up he's either going to be a profound preacher or a clever thief."  Thankfully for our team, neither have come true.  Patrick has a unique ability to tap into the heart of organizations and craft strategies that help make their dreams a reality. He has never been accused of being boring. In fact, he is the poster child for adopting any and all extreme fads. Whether it's limiting his diet to the juices of vegetables, running barefoot on concrete, or watching all 22 episodes of some off-beat tv series, Patrick is willing to go to the extreme.

You've heard the old adage, "behind every great man is an even better woman."  While this is definitely true, one might also say about Patrick, "behind every great man, is an even more surprised woman."  Patrick and his wife Megan love to have fun, and get to practice it everyday with their four children.

Imagine if you were to combine Bob Villa, Bear Grylls, The Crocodile Hunter, Steve Wozniak, Bob Dylan, and Oscar the Grouch – you'd come close to describing Tony McCallie. Tony is a man's man. You might catch him on his back porch having a pipe, sipping on one of his handcrafted home-brews, sitting under his handmade pergola, resting his feet on his homemade patio furniture, all the while changing the world one line of code at a time.

Like all of us at ThreeLeaf, Tony married up. He and his beautiful wife Crystal have four kids. Yes, four –  we're starting a trend here. Tony attends Hillside Christian Church, plays a mean game of farkle, and has been known in years past to be seen dancing in the famous musical TEXAS.

Creative people are known for their big ideas, colorful imagination, and more often than not, their consistency at being in-consistent. Jonathan, however, is a unique breed.  He is an extremely creative artist, that thinks, acts, and speaks like a logical human being. He is a steady anchor amidst an office full of brash personalities. His anecdotal wit and dry humor are the glue of our team.

Jonathan and his better half, Sara, will have three kids when baby number three arrives this fall. He attends Redeemer Christian Church, is currently working to improve his disc golf skills, and his beard is a beard above all beards.

Hot dogs.  Jon Michael loves hot dogs. Yes you read that correctly. He loves them as much as Joan Rivers loves plastic surgery. "Jones," as he is lovingly referred to by our team, is often misunderstood because of his quiet demeanor, long flowing hair, and hipster stylings. But don't be fooled. This guy is a Chicago Dog full of zesty peppers, flavorful tomatoes, and famous special sauce. Don't tell anyone, but he's our secret weapon.

The Jones family consists of Jon Michael and his wife Rebecca, who rest assured, has attempted to free Jon Michael from his dubious obsession. If you don't find him making music at Redeemer Christian Church, you might catch him sitting back on the couch listening to the likes of Augustana, Bon Iver, or perhaps even some Nirvana.
